HSJ.HOST ICANN Registrar Accreditation Agreement Compliance
By applying for a generic top-level domain (gTLD) through HSJ.HOST, you affirm that you have read, comprehended, and consent to abide by the following conditions, as per the ICANN 2013 Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA):
Definitions
- HSJ.HOST: Hereinafter referred to as the "Registrar."
- You: Hereinafter referred to as the "Domain Name Registrant."
Contact Information and Accuracy (3.7.7.1)
As the Domain Name Registrant, you are obligated to furnish accurate, up-to-date contact details to the Registrar. These details should include your complete name, mailing address, email address, phone, and fax number if applicable. If you represent an organization, specify a designated contact person. You are required to update this information within seven days if there are any changes.
Consequences of Information Inaccuracy (3.7.7.2)
Providing false or outdated information, failing to update such information within seven days, or not responding to the Registrar's inquiries about the accuracy of the information within fifteen days constitutes a significant breach of this agreement, potentially leading to the suspension or cancellation of your domain registration.
Licensing and Third-Party Obligations (3.7.7.3)
If you choose to license your domain name usage rights to a third party, you remain the Domain Name Registrant and must still provide and update adequate contact information. You assume liability for any misuse of the domain, unless you promptly disclose the licensee’s current contact details when required.
Data Use and Consent (3.7.7.4 and 3.7.7.5)
The Registrar will notify you regarding the collection and use of your personal data, including who will have access to it. Your continued use of our services implies your consent to this data handling.
Consent for Third-Party Data (3.7.7.6)
If you provide the personal data of third parties, you certify that you have informed them and received their consent, aligning with the conditions specified herein.
Data Security (3.7.7.7 and 3.7.7.8)
The Registrar commits to securing your personal data and will not use it in ways contrary to the purposes specified in this agreement.
Legal Compliance (3.7.7.9)
You affirm that, to your best knowledge, the domain name you register does not infringe upon the legal rights of any third party.
Jurisdiction for Legal Disputes (3.7.7.10)
You agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where you reside and where the Registrar (HSJ.HOST) operates for dispute resolution related to the domain name.
Terms for Suspension or Cancellation (3.7.7.11)
Your domain registration may be suspended, cancelled, or transferred to rectify errors or resolve disputes concerning the domain name.
Indemnification (3.7.7.12)
You agree to indemnify the Registrar and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or liabilities that arise from your domain registration.
