Terms specified in the HSJ.Host General Terms & Conditions, which are also referenced in these HSJ.Host Domain Policies, retain their meaning unless context implies differently.

Should there be any discrepancies between these domain policies and any other agreement in our broader terms with you, the clauses of these domain policies will take precedence for the associated domain names mentioned below.

These HSJ.Host Domain Policies are integrated into the HSJ.Host General Terms & Conditions by means of this reference.

Collectively, these domains are referred to as the New gTLD Domains in these TPP Wholesale Domain Terms.

^ Certain New gTLD Domains may not be currently operational at the Registry. Availability is subject to the relevant Registry confirming the domain is operational, and the domain being available to you in The Console. Domains may be provisioned via Melbourne IT Ltd (or a related group company) as registrar of record.

Pricing Structure

‍The fees you're responsible for, related to all domain actions such as registration, renewal, or transfer, are detailed in The Console (or as we inform you).

A. Universal Terms for Standard and New gTLD Domains

1. You confirm that: Every domain owner has reviewed and accepted the Registration Agreement and any other domain policies tied to the domain name(s). You'll adhere to, and ensure that all domain owners follow, all relevant laws, guidelines, and policies set by ICANN and the Registry for each Standard and/or New gTLD Domain. These may be periodically updated by ICANN or the respective Registry.You possess adequate proof of such agreements to ensure that our terms (including but not limited to the Registration Agreement) can be imposed on the domain owner.

1. You commit to: Register domains under the name of your end-client (unless a different written agreement exists). Alert end-clients about forthcoming domain renewals or expirations. Facilitate domain registration or renewal upon a domain owner's request. You pledge to collaborate reasonably with the respective Registry for each Standard or New gTLD Domain concerning that domain's obligations. You commit to safeguarding ICANN and the relevant Registry, including their staff and agents, against any liabilities or costs arising from disputes related to our system access or our service usage as per the Agreement.

B. Terms Exclusive to New gTLD Domains

‍For New gTLD Domains:

1. We don't offer or support ‘Premium Domain Names’. We only offer services during the general availability phase for the aforementioned New gTLD Domains. If we support other phases, we'll inform you about the procedure and pricing.
2. Our domain offerings depend on changes in the local government, the respective Registry’s operations, or the financial standing of the Registry operator.
3. We might have to halt domain registrar services for a specific New gTLD Domain if you breach these terms or any relevant Registry domain policies.
4. You must display or link to the ICANN Registrants’ Benefits and Responsibilities Specification on your website, currently at https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/approved-with-specs-2013-09-17-en#Registrant.
5. Don't use any Registry logos or claim any accreditation unless explicitly authorized.
6. URLs related to ICANN or any Registry might change and can be updated periodically.

C. Terms for Donuts Domains Exclusively

‍For Donuts Domains:

1. You promise to comply, and ensure domain owners follow, all guidelines and policies of the Registry, updated from time to time at http://www.donuts.co/. Policies are found at http://www.donuts.co/polices/.

1. For each Donuts Domain, you agree to protect the Registry and its associates from any claims or costs resulting from (i) your products/services, (ii) agreements with domain owners who register through you, (iii) your domain business operations, or (iv) any breaches of the Registry's domain policies. This protection remains even after our agreement ends or our services are no longer used.

E. Specific Terms for United Domains

‍In conjunction with our overarching terms (including those mentioned earlier), the subsequent conditions pertain to the United Domains namespaces:

1. You pledge to adhere to, and ensure all domain owners abide by, the laws, guidelines, and policies of the Registry, periodically updated at rightside.co. Domain policies for United Domains can be found at this link.
2. You commit to protecting the Registry, its stakeholders, and affiliates from any claims or expenses tied to (i) your products/services, (ii) contracts with domain owners who register through you, (iii) your domain business operations, or (iv) breaches of the Registry's policies. You won't settle any claim without the Registry's written consent, which they won't unreasonably withhold. This protection remains post our agreement's conclusion or service cessation.

F. Specific Terms for UniRegistry Domains

‍Alongside our primary terms (and those noted above), the following terms are relevant for the UniRegistry Domains namespaces:

1. You promise to follow, and ensure all domain owners do the same, the regulations and policies of the Registry, updated occasionally at uniRegistry.com. Domain policies for UniRegistry Domains are available at this link.

G. Specific Terms for GMO Domains

‍In addition to our primary terms (and previous mentions), the following conditions are related to the GMO Domains namespaces:

1. You undertake to respect, and ensure all domain owners do too, the guidelines and policies of the Registry, periodically revised at gmo-Registry.com. Domain policies for GMO Domains are found at this link.
2. You agree to safeguard the Registry, its leadership, staff, and partners against any claims or expenses linked to domain applications, registrations, or domain use.

H. Specific Terms for .BAR Domains

‍Alongside our primary terms (and those previously noted), the following conditions concern the .BAR domain namespaces:

1. You commit to following, and ensuring all domain owners adhere to, the rules and policies of the Registry, which are updated from time to time at centralnic.com. Domain policies for .BAR are available at this link.
2. You won't claim to any existing or potential domain owner that you have superior access to the Registry's systems than other Registry-accredited parties for .BAR.

I. Terms Exclusive to .BUILD Domains

‍Alongside our primary terms, the following conditions concern the .BUILD domain namespace:

1. You commit to adhering to, and ensuring domain owners follow, the Registry’s rules and policies, which are periodically updated at dotbuild.co. Domain policies for .BUILD are accessible at this link.

J. Terms Exclusive to .BUZZ Domains

‍For the .BUZZ domain namespace:

1. You promise to abide by, and ensure all domain owners do too, the rules and policies of the Registry, updated occasionally at buzznames.biz. Domain policies for .BUZZ are available at this link.
2. You commit to safeguarding the Registry, NeuStar, Inc., and their associates against any claims or expenses tied to the registration of a .BUZZ domain. This protection remains post our agreement's conclusion or service cessation.

K. Terms Exclusive to .CEO Domains

‍For the .CEO domain namespace:

1. You pledge to respect, and ensure all domain owners do as well, the guidelines and policies of the Registry, periodically revised at nic.ceo.

L. Terms Exclusive to .CLUB Domains

‍Concerning the .CLUB domain namespace:

1. You undertake to follow, and ensure domain owners do the same, the regulations and policies of the Registry, updated at intervals at nic.club. Domain policies for .CLUB can be found at this link.
2. You agree to protect the Registry, NeuStar, Inc., and their stakeholders from any claims or costs related to the registration of a .CLUB domain. This protection extends beyond the end of our agreement or service usage.

M. Terms Exclusive to .KIWI Domains

1. You promise to abide by, and ensure domain owners do too, the regulations and policies of the Registry, updated occasionally at nic.london. Domain policies for .LONDON are accessible at this link.
