Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
This Acceptable Use Policy (the “AUP”) outlines acceptable practices relating to the use of HSJ Hosting Company's network of internet properties (including online platforms, websites, and applications), products, materials, and online services (collectively, the "Services") by hsj.host's customers and users (collectively, “You,” “Customers,” or “Users”). The Services should be used in a manner consistent with their intended purpose and in accordance with this AUP and our Terms of Service.
1. Acceptable Content and Use
You may not use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or offensive activities or to transmit, store, or display any content (including User Content) that is illegal, harmful, or offensive. Prohibited actions or content include:
- Illegal, Harmful, or Fraudulent Activities: Activities that violate Australian law, rights of others, or that may be harmful to others, our operations, or reputation.
- Infringing Content: Content that violates intellectual property or proprietary rights under Australian law.

2. No SPAM or Message Abuse
You are bound to comply with Australian spam laws. Unsolicited mass communications, including emails, are prohibited.
3. No Security Violations
You may not use the Services to breach the security of any system or network. Prohibited activities include unauthorized access, interception, or falsification of origin.
4. No Network Abuse
You are prohibited from making unauthorized network connections or disrupting the services of others.
5. Authorized Use
You must comply with this AUP and all applicable Australian laws and regulations. Services should be used professionally.
6. Our Monitoring and Enforcement
We may investigate any AUP violations or misuse of the Services and take any necessary actions, including cooperation with law enforcement. Violating this AUP may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Prohibited Activities
The Services should not be used for illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, pyramid schemes, phishing, harassment, or spreading harmful content or malware.
