Submitting a Counter-Notification
If we notify you about the removal or disabling of material you provided due to a valid copyright infringement notice, you may submit a counter-notification. This should:
- Include your physical or electronic signature;
- Specify details of the removed material and where it was initially located;
- Contain a statement asserting your belief that the removal was a result of a mistake or misidentification;
- Provide your contact details, including your address and phone number, and confirm your consent to the jurisdiction of Australian courts and agree to accept legal notice from the original notifier or their agent.

Misrepresentation in your notice or counter-notification, whether by falsely claiming infringement or alleging erroneous removal, can result in legal consequences under Australian law.
