Job Overview

We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Development Manager to lead our sales initiatives, focusing on generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence, developing strategic sales plans, and building lasting relationships with clients. You will play a key role in promoting HSJ.host’s comprehensive range of web solutions, leveraging your knowledge of the industry to meet the diverse needs of our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Implement strategies to identify and engage potential clients, utilising a mix of market research, networking, digital outreach, and social media.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Craft and execute effective sales strategies that align with HSJ.host’s goals, focusing on expanding our client base and enhancing our market share.
  • CRM Management: Utilise WHMCS and other CRM tools to manage client interactions, track sales progress, and ensure a seamless sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the marketing, support, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales KPIs, with a focus on lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies and adjustments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales, with significant experience in the web services, hosting, or related tech industries.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; proficient in CRM software, preferably WHMCS, and Office365; capable of strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in sales or digital marketing are advantageous.
  • Attributes: Highly motivated, independent, with a passion for technology and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic, remote environment.
