How to Transfer Your Domain
Follow these simple steps to transfer your domain to HSJ Host.
Unlock Your Domain
Login to your current registrar's control panel and unlock your domain for transfer. This is usually found in the domain settings or security section.
If transferring a .com.au or .au domain, ensure your domain has been registered for at least 60 days and is not within 60 days of expiry.
- For global domains (.com, .net, etc): Request EPP/Authorization code
- For .au domains: Request domain password or registry key
Get Your Authorization Code
Request an authorization code (also called EPP code) from your current registrar. For .com.au and .au domains, you'll need a registry key instead.
This code acts as a password that allows you to transfer your domain. Your current registrar is required to provide this upon request.
Initiate Transfer with HSJ Host
Use our domain transfer form above to begin the transfer process. Enter your domain name and follow the instructions.
You'll be asked to provide your authorization code during the process. Our system will guide you through any additional information needed for your specific domain type.
